3 · Payroll giving

Give through your salary

Payroll Giving (also called Give As You Earn) lets you donate directly from your salary before tax is deducted, so your gift costs you less than it's worth to us.

For example, a basic-rate (20%) taxpayer giving £10 a month only pays £8, as the tax relief is applied automatically.

Ask your employer or pension provider if they run a Payroll Giving scheme, then complete a nomination form for Discover Islam Luton. You don't need to declare these donations on a Self Assessment return, as tax relief is applied automatically through your pay.
